I've been Drag Racing cars for 23 years so this is interesting for me. Let's see how the experience is.

***EDIT*** Game installed but won't launch. Screen rotates and goes black then kicks me back to the app drawer. HTC One X Tegra 3 running Android 4.1.2

same here.

Galaxy Tab 10.1 with CM10

3D Hallowheels even better

I just cannot play the game. I'm using CM 10 on my Acer A500 and the game just stops working after launch. If you want more detailed tests, please PM me.
