Wonder if this is why I can't get allshare cast to work with the Netgear Push2TV. Works fine on my Note 10.1 after resetting the flash counter and my wife's stock s3. Anyone know where I can download a stock rooted cwm flashable rom to test? Either I'm blind or is not posted on xda.

Now that you mention it, I haven't noticed a stock rooted recovery flashable ROM.

Anyone know of one?

I just posted a recovery flashable stock JB 4.1.1 ROM.

I flashed this and ran it for a while to make sure everything was working OK.

It was pretty neat to see how far CSROM has evolved.

Well, still fails after connecting to Netgear adapter. Installed the stock rom and even temp unrooted. Anyone have any ideas?

Can you connect directly to a TV/Monitor and get AllShare to work? If so, the problem may be communication with the Netgear adapter.

Are you using an MHL/HMDI adapter?

The Netgear Push2TV works fine with my wife's S3 which is completely stock and my Note 10.1 which is on a stock based custom rom after I reset the flash counter so I don't think the issue is the adapter. I did notice in the about device settings it says the device status is modified but triangle away says official. Also in download mode system status says custom but binary days official. What triggers the system status to report as custom?
