My bad, I was sideloading to system/app not data/app heading home to try again

Edit:
no dice, after following steps to a T aside from sideloading file from post 10to data/app, setting permissions and rebooting where the original instructions say to down load from market

It appears that at the setup steps of the instructions i'm still getting the not supported in my region or device as per previously posted pic.

using cleanRom 3.3 with perseus kernal

of well.....off to eat some turkey

I'm able to get through the setup and it sees my credit card but when adding it, I get a "Request Failed. Your request failed. Please try again." error message... I keep clicking on "try again" but it keeps failing. Flashed both part 1 and part 2 as well as changed the build.prop file... not sure what to do next. Thanks for any help.
