It's in there. you have to enable it again. They did it for security purposes so that someone cant reboot to recovery while your phone is locked.
Be thankful...donate to your cooks AND XDA!
XDA is not a service or a store, these are real people spending their own valuable time... Thank them.

Even without that turned on there is still supposed to be a basic reboot entry in the power menu, it just won't have the second menu with options for bootloader or recovery. I just turned off advanced reboot to test it and I still had a reboot option

I understand what is supposed to be. I hold down the power button and all I get is the option to power down and turn on airplane mode. I've ticked and un-ticked the option in developer settings. No dice. I'm assuming a data wipe will fix it, but I don't have time to do that ATM.

Is Reboot Menu ticked in Settings > System > Power Menu?

When i try to install the latest nightly my phone doesn't finish, but stops running the install script. Upon reboot it doesn't reach the screen with red text. Instead the phone goes black like it shut off. I just assumed it was a bad download, bit i tried again and still had the same issue. I still believe it is being caused by a bad download, but i don't know how to check it verses the MD5.

First thing I tried. Even tried different Gapps. Tried Factory Reset. Nothing. Ended up doing a full wipe and starting from scratch. Phone's booting up now.
