Ran this about 2 hours ago on infamous v3.9.1 with no force closes or any other problems. Thanks for this app. It's a very handy tool for removing unused bloat

Menu will ask if you want to DE-BLOAT or BLOAT.

No matter what custom rom you are running, as far as its T-Mobile SGS3 running Stock based Custom or Stock Rooted ROMs, this tool will work well.
Since you're specifying "stock based custom" roms, I'm assuming this rules out any CM based (CM, AOKP, AOSP, PA, etc). Or is it possible to add some of this bloat to a CM rom also?

I believe Most of it should work except Samsung optional category. They are closely tied with Samsung framework. You may give a try for other and let us know if works.
It doesn't harm as far as you have backup.

This is awesome! I'm going to give this a try.

OP, Is it possible to have two separate zips instead? A debloater and a bloater? The download for the debloating guys like me is too much. Lol. Also if you needed to update either zip, it wouldn't be both parties that would have to redownload. Not a huge deal, but if you would consider the option it'd be nice.

T-Mo Samsung Galaxy S3 16GB (+64GB Class 10) / US WiFi Xoom 32GB (+32GB Class 10) / US Transformer Prime 64GB (+64GB Class 10) BRICKED!
