It will download the latest Android from kies.
DISCLAIMER : DO IT AT YOUR OWN RISK.
I prefer flashing from kies than ODIN...
KIES -> Accepted Method of Flashing by Samsung
ODIN -> By Developers.
I suggest Using kies to avoid problems etc.

Samsung don't release changelogs ... only changelist though.
