I know this has to do with the multi user. But, I have no use for multi user. Can anyone tell me what are the benefits of this multi user stuff? Thank you! Much love though, nice, smooth ROM!

They call me "Jelly" cuz jam don't shake like this!
Always been a disclaimer in all 4.2 Roms. It's either stay on 4.2 or stay on 4.1.x

4.2 support multi user so they needed new setup to enable multiple storage parts for different profiles

My dial pad doesn't auto fill contacts and then dial pad settings force closes.

My question though, is why would someone need multi-user? What does it do? How can I use it? Maybe for my different personalities?

Its never been implemented fully on a cell phone. Its a tablet option. Say u got a nexus 7, ur gf wants to use it and have her gmail account and her playstore apps and setup right when she logs in. Its like signing in on your family PC.

It allows for multiple users on one device a bit of privacy from each other.

Exactly,

My wife and I just got a Nexus and we didn't use this feature and she kept telling me when I got email. Got a little annoying and then I saw the feature and set it up. WAY BETTER!!!

I don't see the purpose on the cell phone though...
My Evolution:
Palm Treo 700p
>Palm Centro > BBerry Curve 8330 > HTC Hero(CM 6) > HTC EVO(CM 6&7) > HTC EVO 3D(ViperRom) > Samsung Epic Touch(Rooted OC 1.6)
Jumped to T-Mobile:
>Galaxy S2(CM9,10 JB AOKP, etc) Cracked Screen
->Galaxy S3(Liquidsmooth) Had to upgrade to get LTE
-->Galaxy Note 2(Jedi Master)For a week
--->Galaxy S4(DD Wicked 2)
Traded for iPhone 5, then for an HTC One(ViperRom) then sold it
---->Nexus 4(MakoColors, SlimBean, Everything)
----->Nexus 5(KANGAKAT)

Nope because you still can't set password per account

either way i feel multi-user definitely seems like a step in the right direction for android. maybe the next iteration will allow for pw protection?

That's cool but I agree, it wouldn't be useful to me on my phone. My wife has her own phone. And she doesn't share with me is there a way to get rid of it if you don't use it?

They call me "Jelly" cuz jam don't shake like this!
