After unpacking it should have about 725mb size. Does the image pass md5 check? Try to redownload update. What is exact error message that you receive?

yes it is 725 mb....we have to put it on PDA right? it gets pass the md5 check successfully
i get the following error - can't open the serial (COM) port.

Check if you have kies process running in background through task manager. Kill it. Yes you have to flash it as PDA. Try use different usb port.

i have a little question about installing this update.
What is the best way to install this version? shall i flash it through odin, or shall i put it on my sd card and flash it through twrp recovery? I'm currently running XXKL2 with suppressed rom v3.0 installed. Let me know!

If you cant enter to download mode, you cant do anything in home. Maybe when you say that after updating phone, sammy boy repair it
