List of Android 4.2 apps working / not working at the moment

Working:

- Default Launcher [download]



- Keyboard with gesture writing (samsung keyboard now too) [download]



- Gallery [download]

Not working:

- Camera w/photosphere [download]

can anyone get the 4.2 camera working please ? i need this photosphere app..

As menotoned before, without custom recovery there will be slow development. Wait untill it is out. I allready had to flash my firmware with odin twice because some build.prop tweek that give me stuck on logo screen.

I did, but to me ADW is smoother.

I can confirm also that stock 4.2 alarm clock is working as system app (push to system/app and rw-r--r--) as default samsung's alarm clock is an overkill and it doesn't ring properly on set time

you don't add, you have to apply proper permissions for the .apk, which is rw-r--r-- for system apps. do it with a file explorer that has that capability like root browser or es file explorer. of course you may do it via terminal or adb shell by issuing the "chmod" command.
