Default [Q] Native SD Ubuntu

Now that ubuntu is far more functional on magldr, why don't we work together to get a native sd ubuntu rom loaded?

I'm afraid there is not much interest in Ubuntu or other distros on HD2, unfortunately. While I guess it would be very nice to have it, there are almost no developers working on anything.
Siemens C25 -> Nokia 3510i -> Nokia 6610 -> Nokia 6103 -> HTC Artemis -> HTC HD2 + iPod Touch 3G

Which one is this? There might be a nativeSD port for it, as ljp1132719438 pointed out.
Anyway, does anyone know how to mount a system.ext2, 3 or 4 image in ubuntu (or windows 7), so that the folders can be edited or copied, i tried to mount it using a loop but the folders seem to be write protected. Thanks

In Ubuntu you have to use root terminal (sudo bash) or filemanager as root.
In windows use ext2fsd for the filesystem and ofsmount to mount the image.
