I believe yakju ota url was found a few hours ago. nexus 4 ota URL has just been posted above... i've installed and testing it now. the LTE option no longer sticks and reverts back.

I'm guessing this is LG/Qualcomm's way of giving N4 users the middle finger. I think even the N10 and GN have received the update... clearly Samsung is better, especially since they hired Steve(CM).

Well frak.. the framework/cache trick is not working on my N4 (it did the trick on my N7)...
