Why have a 5" screen with so small photo for contacts???

Here's something better

I did 2 versions, one with big QuickContact picture and normal InfiniteView picture and one with big QuickContact picture and big InfiniteView picture.

Really nice but can u please explain it step by step as I am new to android. I have a Xperia Z with jelly bean 4.1.2. Do I have to root my device for this?

Of course rooted but i don't think necessarily unlocked bootloader. OP did mention flash in recovery didn't he?

I read that but sorry buddy I don't exactly know how to flash in recovery. Can u pls explain it to me in this case.
