About to flash the new modem via twrp, where is the original radios just in case?

Do I have to wipe every thing or just cashe and dalvik before flashing?

Well, I just tried the new modem and it sucks balls for me.


EDIT: Wait, we are in the middle of a blizzard so that might have smoething to do with it!

Just wondering.
What's the difference between a modem and a rom? Or is there any difference at all?

I flashed Jelly Beans this morning and ready to go back to Stock whenever there's a rooted version of the update. Do I just flash this and that'll take me back to the stock?
