Rooted with Superuser/SU

GSM/3G/HSDPA
Optimized Pics in many Apk´s (the quality is not bad)
Weather Videos Compressed (the quality is not bad)
The first start may take longer 5-10 Minutes
All Apps Updated
Added Percent Stock Battery
Added APM
Added ES File Manager
Removed Keyboard Languages,English,German,Italian,France and Spainish included, others are downloadable in the settings

Info:

S-OFF or Unlocked DNA and Recovery CWM or TWRP on your Device,here you can see how it works
Boot in Recovery
Backup your Rom in Backup and Resore
Select Wipe Data Factory Reset (is essential if you come from another Rom)
Flash the Rom zip
Reboot in Fastboot and flash boot.img (fastboot flash boot boot.img)
S-OFF user need not flash the kernel in fastboot, which is already installed with the Rom
