Should work? Apply the system theme and reboot. Apply the tablet ui, then apply my theme. If it continues I have no idea sorry.

It didn't apply automatically Unless I'm doing something incorrectly? I'm on the latest cm10.1 nightly and applying it through the default theme chooser and thanks! Been patiently waiting for the wallpaper for so long :L

Edit: OK, don't worry about it, decompiled the apk and extracted the wallpaper!
