This happens sometimes as well. The toggle buttons are sometimes bigger when you pull down the taskbar. I noticed this with freegs3 as well. Here it is after a restart (first picture).

Also reboot and hot boot don't work for me. Reboot worked maybe twice but hot boot never.

Try a clean reinstall for the boot issue. Mine works fine. And it may fix the toggle issue. I know they fixed the toggles a while ago.

Default Reboot Fastboot Issue
Rompnit, Naddict,

When I select reboot from the toggles there are three options, Reboot, Recovery, and Reboot Fastboot. When I select to use the Fastboot option it goes into 'Download' mode. Other than this ROM is the Bomb.

If you have already downloaded the Rom, take/extract the "UI" folder from the system/media/audio folder. Using root explorer, copy and paste the entire "UI" sub-folder (in system/media/audio folder), thus overwriting what you currently have. Reboot.
