I haven't flashed this rom yet but for the hardware keys you have to make some edits in the keylayouts folder

Excellent work! Looks Great. Just one question- I was just looking for something that allows WIFI, Mobile Data, Screen etc. Just didn't want to keep going to settings to change WIFI and Mobile Data?

The one that is included did not have Mobile Data.

AOKP has a toggles tab. You can pick which ones you want displayed. Those basic ones you want are there.
