• Miui clock
• Miui music player
• Miui calculator
• Miui sound recorder
• MMS, Gmail and youtube apps with inverted colors for a better durate of the battery
• uNeak engine, chaton, xperia note, maps app preinstalled
• Xperia keyboard
• Huawei camera full working
• ICS Gallery for a faster experience and for maximize the Samoled use (black instead of grey)
• Samsung touchwiz Task Manager
• Nfc work
• Bt work
• All icon apps themed
• Near tweaks
• Mobile Bravia Engine2
• S Voice app working fine
• Audio tweaks for better performances
• Voice dictation corrected

Replaced torch with xperia one
Replaced Camera and _Gallery with respectively Huawei and ICS Gallery
Replaced MMS, Gmail and youtube apps with inverted onces
Updated File manager
Some icons changed
Default Wallpaper changed
Siyah kernel replaced with N.E.A.K. 2.4x so also dedicated app
Removed AD.to
Added Xperia Note app and some xperia widgets
NEAR 1.0x -> first release

Do you have an MD5? I'll have the rom in 21 seconds so can check against that if you like. Not got time to test atm but will probably try as my second rom later.

Just a quick question, this will be my first ROM that isn't from a Samsung base, is there anything special I have to do to install this ROM? (Full wipe is a no brainer, just wondering if there is anything else)

As said giajp just a wipe /cache, /data factory and /system (full wipe) as I have write in first post
