Yes, I tried it. But I got the same result as with my own CWM Recovery build. It doesn't boot. Just a black screen.

I read your post yesterday but I didn't understand.
Can you explain me better?

Thanks.

It is quite similar to flashing the complete rom. Make sure you understand the second post completely first. If you know what you are doing with that, then you can proceed to do the following.

You copy the modified recovery.img into the folder with the other rom files (replacing the recovery.img that is there).
You start the SP Flash Tool. You choose the scatter file. You uncheck everything but the RECOVERY file. You click on "Download" (not on "Firmware -> Upgrade" this time). You will see a "Download warning", but click on Yes anyway. Plug in your device as with the previous instructions on how to flash your rom update.

Good luck.

Do you have a changelog of the last rom ?
By battery does not long last.
I'm running the 20121228.

I'm running the 20121228.

I have no idea what the changes are. The newer rom (20130108) is very "stock" JB, from what I can tell. It is rooted.
I suggest you update. It seems some people have suggested there is an improvement in battery.

On another note, it looks like Lewa is going to release a development rom for this phone soon. It was scheduled to come out on Feb 1, but the link is still blank at this time. Maybe that will have a workable Recovery mod.

But my phone is also rooted

I don't think the updated rom will cause the jump screen problem. Of course you must not touch the screen while it is booting the first time.
