Default [WIP][CWM][RECOVERY] Team SXTP CWM-based Recovery Project

CM: CWM Based Recovery for SPH-L900 (jfltespr)

Features:
This comes from CM as it is provided in the source repos. I will be keeping it as such at this time.
Only deviations are to allow it to build properly and are generally from CM repos.

Flash Instructions:
Boot to Odin Mode and flash via Odin.
