Default Menu / Back software (screen) keys no longer works

The Menu and Back keys no longer works. The light for the button does not turn on. I have wiped and installed different ROMs including the stock but still doesn't work. Any ideas on how to fix it?

Thanks in advance!

Why not? It could be something loose inside (I have no idea) or it may need replacing.

If you don't have insurance you are out $50 and you have a working phone

But you did hook to a pc and do an odin tar restore right?

Using the Gnote toolkit v3 I restored back to stock and I have also tried different stock roms listed under development, flashed with twerp and cwm.......I have no insurance, but I did not know is only 50$. That's not bad at all....I will take it in. Thanks for the advice.
