Procedure :

• For non-rooted stock roms
  1. Just download and install. System app will be replaced.
  2. To revert, just uninstall the app.
  3. Enjoy!!
• For rooted stock roms
  Use non-rooted method or:-
  1. Download Conversations.apk
  2. Backup existing Conversations.apk for reverting back
  3. Move Conversations.apk to system/app and set correct permissions rw-r--r--
  4. Reboot(however, i didn't have to!) // just added because some were reporting they had to reboot
  5. You are done!!

restart your phone it should be in the last card in the app drawer (you know...where you pick your apps)
