The minimal gapps just points to the latest gapps from http://goo.im/gapps. Only reason i say minimal is because it doesn't have the gesture keyboard and a small amount of google apps.

so when you say swype do you mean the stock keyboard with gestures or do mean that you add the swype keyboard from swype.com

Wow oops. I need to fix that. It's the stock gesture keyboard. My apologies man, didn't realize I wrote that!
