Being pushed from 27 to 15 might be a good thing, most large cities only have limited space and if 2x10 is pushed properly than 2x20 might become available with less hiccups

Turns out I'm no longer getting hspa or hspa+ at home. No wonder my speeds have gone down to less than 2mbps.

Ive been getting soild fast stable speed. average 32+ mbps I have gotten as high as 54 mbps!
