Being pushed from 27 to 15 might be a good thing, most large cities only have limited space and if 2x10 is pushed properly than 2x20 might become available with less hiccups

how are you getting 54mbps on HSPA+ when the phone maxes out at HSPA+42?

anyway, my phone is getting anywhere between 9-15mbps in Phoenix, same as it has been for the past few months.
