So I have tried encrypting both CM10.1 and Task's AOKP on two separate devices and after the encryption neither device comes back from a screen off no matter what we do.
We get the initial enter encryption password, we then get the standard PIN password screen and the device functions just fine UNTIL the screen powers off. Once the screen powers off, if you try to wake it the device reboots.
Nothing installed on the device, fresh drop of the ROM. This sucks because we are also now stuck on an earlier version of JB.
Anyone have any idea why this is happening?
Does anyone know of a way to fool the server into thinking you are encrypted?
Not sure if I did the logcat correctly but from what I can understand, I press the power button and that is what logcat spits out before the device reboots.
