Can anyone mod Apex launcher for our Samsung galaxy y .
I want the Widgets option in the app drawer menu.

That's an ics feature not an apex launcher feature

Edit but u can still try the launcher teejay suggested u need root access but that launcher allows u to add widgets similar to ics

Download apk and put it in sdcard.
Flash CM9 and install it.
Done
