LTE is a non-issue as this isn't a device sold with LTE support.

The sensors is from flashing the radio/baseband onto 4.2.1 builds. People will have to deal with it, or flash up to 4.2.2

These are not "problems" from Google as they are people causing it to themselves.

From stock software and hardware left in from a sister device. It is not supported by Google and as such is a non-issue.

LTE wasn't approved by the FCC. Therefore, it wasn't mentioned as a feature of the phone.
The reason we could enable LTE was due to an oversight by LG or Google.

This update patches that oversight.

The phone is not suppose to carry LTE in first place. The fact that it works for some people whose carriers are on band 4 is bonus.
And issues, well those come with almost all phones. No point in defending any phone for things like this, but sadly things like this is part of almost any purchase of any thing. Forum like XDA is to get help, so you will get threads here about the problems. You will get far fewer threads which are there to praise the phone on daily basis. If you go to any device section here on XDA, you will get similar threads with issues some of the purchasers face. Those people are here to discuss those. THat sometimes paints the picture that phone is riddled with issues that everyone will face. It is hardly the case.
But if you still want to see enthusiastic threads, go checkout Indian nexus 4 thread :P That will show you cheerful side of things

Every hardware usually has some weak points, and hardware does break down. With the sheer number of devices sold, there will always be few that break down or are faulty. And you will find large number of those people finding their way here in search of solution. Relax, it is same with almost every phone.
Current Phones in use
