This could probably make this process a little easier. Full restore back to stock unrooted ljc with stock recovery in 1 flashable zip.

Well I finally got the update took a while but I got it lol, wat I had to do is downgrade back to lj1 using odin once that was done everything booted up and it automatically updated to ljc after that was done I went to Samsung software update and I was able two get the ma7 update so I got back to back updates by downgrading lol. Sounds like alot but its really easy.
