what does it mean by 'quick' menu under lockscreen setting? can add shortcut? tried no different..

Hi, I faced similar problem with 2 other 4.2.2 ROM ......failed to restore and phone went into soft brick......lost my CWM ( phone cannot go into recovery mode ) .

ROM modify CWM or bootloader? Can not explain why it would softbrick otherwise. Are you sure it came from flashing/restoring ROM. Tried to take out battery and back in then press vol up + home + power to boot CWM?

Hi bro, Have not tried xylon 020. The first 4.2.2 rom I install ( clean ) boot up fine, but when I wanted to go into CMW mode and restore to previous saved Rom, my phone stuck at samsung logo ( soft brick ). tried all method to recover, failed. Reflash new CWM thru odin. Got back into CMW mode.
The 2nd 4.2.2 rom, I got stuck at start up failed ( after boot animation ). Took out the battery and went into CMW mode and restore( lucky). There are only 4 4.2.2 ROM at the moment ( super nexusbuild 3,jellybam v6, xtlon 020, CM 10.1), I tried the first 2.
1. May be Virus in my download( scan and unzip ok), corrupted download, oR it was just my Phone....

Thanks for explaining. Flashed xylon and cm10.1 and did not experience those problems. Just a little colored flashing after s2 logo.

Flashed ROM 4.2.2 Ok but same colored flashing. Notice that RAM is on the HIGH side. Cannot backup with CWM ( bugs on 4.2.2 )
