Looking good. How does this differ from CarbonROM?

"Don't restore system data using Titanium Backup!
Restoring Apps + Data might cause problems and is not recommended, avoid it if possible!"

I have one programme that has to be restored using a back-up of the app+data section of it, using Titanium Backup, will this actually be a real problem or is there absolutely no way I can use Titanium?

As long as it isn't a system app, if you have a problem other than Bluetooth or settings crashing try uninstalling the app. If it doesn't fix it post it here.
