You can pay 200 up to 700$ for a phone but you cant pay 3.99$ for an app!!!

Its 4 dollars. If you can buy a $300 phone, you can afford the cheap app... Also... There's a zero tolerance piracy rule here. So this wouldn't be allowed anyways

I have no intentions of helping pirate, but I am curious about the app. I'm not finding anything in the store that looks to match the op request, except maybe the plugin that requires Locale and Tasker. If someone knows what was being requested, could you provide a market link, please?
