I can create for you a firmware, addition to FlashTool and relockfile, but I need a cache update sony update service or cash pc companion (art created with the cleaning of the user data, or without it - does not matter).
Go to:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Sony Mobile\Update Service\db\xxxxxxxx\blob_fs

I recommend that you wait for few days... We will be releasing a minimal version of flashtool soon..

I doubt it. The bootloader has changed (and quite a lot if I understand it all properly) and it'll probably need a lot more changes.
Currently using Sony Ericsson J100i for old time's sake (yes, seriously).
Sony Xperia Z in transit - C6603, black, 10.1.A.1.350 - proud Sony (Ericsson) user
History: J210i, K320i, G705, Arc, Elm, Neo, Arc S, Xperia S, Xperia T

I'm not saying it's 100% working file, maybe nothing will work, but you can try. because unlocking method remains the same.

But I did the addition to the flashtool to correctly identify device. Extract folder LT36 (C6603) at \ Flashtool \ devices \ (c:\Flashtool\devices\LT36 (C6603)\). Download: LT36 (C6603) (Press "Ctrl +S" to download archive)
If the principle of re-locking bootloader remains the same for SXZ - I can do that and re-lock file Download: LT36 (C6603)_Relock_bootloader_Dogsly_test.ftf
many things have changed in the Xperia Z bootloader workings/partitions, etc... i would suggest that you do not flash tings unless u know how to recover bricked devices...

anyways... FlashTool (xperia Z compatible) is now released:
