the OP says not modems or radios included, does that mean ill need to find some if i flash this rom before my phone will work?

No, I ended up getting my device to take the OTA. It wouldnt take it if was rooted. Or atleast that is how it appears.

Yep, just flash stock boot.img and then use triangle away and it works fine.
