Dropped phone about 2ft. Shattered glass . Insurance will cover but just got rooted . Hope replacement doesn't have its installed

Ouch sorry to hear this brotha, looks like you could be SOL. Every replacement ive recieved arrived with the updates installed except my incredible and my eris.

Mine broke as well from a similar " light drop". Actually caught it on my boot, then it landed on the lower left corner. Screen shattered out from there. Everything works just fine on mine, so I'm leaving it as is for now as a reminder.
