[Q] HTC HD2 - Android 4.1 - forgot phone's login password

Hi guys,

I have installedAndroid 4.1 jelly bean - Cygon mod - on HD2 and have put the login screen password. Now, to save my life, I can't remember it.

I held Volume Up and Power button and went into Main Menu and have selected - Factory/Hard Reset - it asks to confirm the hard rest and goes back to Main Menu.

Yet, it seems that nothing happened as Login password is still there and phone is showing correct time and some reminders - so it looks that factory reset did not work.

I tried hard reset option in the Main Menu few time - but to no awail!

My phone is backed up , so I don't mind doing the hard reset

Can anyone pleeeeaaaaaseeeee help me!

I am locked out of my phone!

You should enter Recovery and wipe data/factory reset.
