Transcriber with Dutch language

The one thing I cannot accomplish is letting transcriber use a Dutch dictionary or word list. I never succeeded in making http://m.vanoosten.tripod.com 's solution work and O2 never returned the call for help on this subject. So, does anybody have a hint?

well what I did is the following:

I deleted the MyWords.dct file (/My Documents/Dictionaries) and replaced it with the dutch dictionary from http://m.vanoosten.tripod.com/.

Named the file MyWords.dct and now it gives the Dutch ánd the english words.

so now I need to know where the english dictionary is, so i can replace or delete it.

so if anyone knows, please let me know.
