is there any splash screen / vodafone apps or is clean?

It's possible to install SS3.11 and Kexec CM10.1 o offcial CM10.1?

I couldn't find any branded Apps. Even the Bootanimation is complete Stock.

kexec does not relay on kernel you have, you can have ics kerenl, jb kernel - not important because when kexec fires up - it replaces memory with own kernel.

radio has different file size but remained on U_04.10.00R right?

Yeap, same radio. I didn't find any problems, and there is definitely no branding on this ROM. It's just like the stock.

i'm coming frm stock nobrand ics, no root no anything.

better to perform root first or can flash it without worries?

in case will be able to update to final version when will be out right?

Follow the exact instructions. And remember that nobody is responsible for anything besides you.

I did mine yesterday from scratch and everything is perfect. I don't know about future final updates, but if we get an RSD file you'll probably be able to change it.

Steps:
Complete backup
RSD German ICS Vodafone
Root with eternity project
Update binaries of SU
Voodoo rootkeeper
Temp unroot
Boot in recovery
Wipe cache
Install zip from external storage

Done!
