This is the I9505 over clocked Only 100mhz more. My wifi on, battery at 15% and this was throttling as I was playing a game not long before

Check the CPU Score 45,309

When it gets to 100% battery And rested I will try again

I am planning to buy S4

But I'm not sure which is better

Snapdragon 600
1.9 Ghz
Quad Core Krait 300.

or

Exynos5
1.6 Ghz Octal Core
Quad Core Cortex A15 / Quad Core A7

4g and installing roms is not important to me

Which is better in terms of performance?
Which is better for gaming, sound and camera?

well I know the GPU is alot newer on the S600... The CPU Stock vs stock the Exynos Gets ahead of it a little....

Sound And camera are too close to compare I really think you wont even be able to tell a difference here.

In regards to gaming and sound both devices will perform practically the same Id say, samsung tried really hard to get them equal

Wow, that rocks. And it's supposed that the S600 can't be overclocked because it's at maximum at 1.9ghz huh?

Hey!

Can someone under clock the GT-i9505 to 1.7 GHz and do the benchmarks (essentially quadrant, antutu and 3d mark ice storm)? Only then we can fairly compare it with the HTC One.

I'm planning to buy one of these two phones, just want to see if the S4's CPU is better even when they are at the same clock speed.

Thanks!

Waiting on more development, apparently Faux stated something about the qualcomm libs which causes antutu to close down when you run a benchmark..

Geekbench and Antutu same problem...

Quadrant runs Fine check out my CPU score on Quadrant, Higher then the I9500 above me... Also one of the guys in Faux thread pulled a 14100 quadrant score with a cpu score of 48k Highest I have ever seen on any S4 variant to date.

I Just did a quadrant on 1.674Ghz and got a a 11893 first run, no clearing memory or anything.

Next frequency step I did is 1782ghz same thing as above First run gave me 12039

Does this show that the S4 and the One's CPUs are virtually the same (apart from the clock speeds)?

The One scores about 12000+ as well.

But Quadrant is very "strange", it can be quite inconsistent.

Hopefully after more development, benchmarks from other apps can be done.

I was actually looking forward to the 3D Mark scores, as I'm quite a gamer.
