Unbrick & switch to 982.124.14.XT910.Retail.en.EU

UPDATE April 12th 2013

DON'T USE THIS GUIDE ANYMORE! IF YOU'RE BRICKED, GRAP YOUR JB FASTBOOT FROM HERE

AND FLASH IT WITH RSD!

Here's an little Tool to switch to the 982.124.14.XT910.Retail.en.EU if you're already flashed the 982.124.14.XT910.Vodafone.en.EU.
It will also help you to unbrick your Device if you messed it up on any [GSM] JB Leak.

Warnig

Use this only if you're running an European or Asia Device!

! You will lose your Root by doing that !

Charge your Battery till 100%, if it's possible

OTA-Update.zip

How To

Copy the OTA-Update on your external SD-Card

Extract the RAZR_RETAIL_EU_JB_UNBRICK.rar

Connect your RAZR in AP Fastboot with your PC and start the Unbrick.bat

After the Flash of the System and Kernel hit Power

Boot into Recovery and select Factory Reset

Select apply update from external Storage and the Blur_Version.672.180.41.XT910.Retail.en.EU.zip

Wait until the Installation is completed

Reboot your Device

Nope, it's just an Solution to unbrick your Device back to JB. There's and never will be an way back to ICS.

edit: I'm stuck I can't boot into recovery. I have a bugdroid with a warning signal but I can't go into the recovery.
I try all buttons combination but It won't boot.

Hit the Vol.buttons exactly @ the same time.
I had some trouble, too. It's since i upgraded to JB. Boot Recovery, let it settle for some seconds and then hit the buttons.

New error: assert failed: motorola.motoflash("tmp/bp.img")

You wiped Data & Cache? Your downloaded OTA zip isn't corrupt?

Seems ya ota.zip is corrupt or incomplete .. Try to do full wipe before installing .. Ya may get out of this problem then.

I'll try again with a new OTA zip.

The previous works when I flash JB yesterday,and yes I do a full wipe.

Didnt work at first, i got failed asset verification error at recovery. So i redownloaded my JB EU.ZIP from your source on 1st post and flashed firmware files that you gave one by one except for system_signed and boot.
Then i repeated your instructions step by step again and it worked

I was so releaved, it was buging me that i got my razr bricked and had to go back to my old phone until we get fastboot files that i cant get my head straight after this just too happy. :highfive: to you HSD-Pilot, would say i <3 you but i am no gayyyy

Glad to hear it worked for you Guys.

Nockz of our Forum here in Germany uploaded an complete Package, including the System_signed. So no need to download the Fastboot anymore. An Mega Mirror will come soon. :good:

Well glad to see someone got with the solution to this, people and more over developers like you who dont stay ignorant to minorities (noobs who get bricked) problems are the best of the kind :angel:. There is just no proper way to say thank you, couse thanks is too cheap for guy like you

Problem is, I dont get to the bugdroid page. After choosing recovery it takes about 20 seconds and directly jumps into the Invalid Flash Mode page.
