How to root this phone????

I've been searching all over this thread for rooting directions....new to HTC phones...if someone can point me to that direction I would greatly appreciate it...thanks in advance...

P.s...I trying to root and put a custom recovery like trwp or cwm...so he can have custom ROMs and jb...thanks

once you get CWM on it, it;s easy to replace with TWRP(which I think works better)
