Is the new XDA II EDGE compatible ?

i've seen no info about it being it
but since edge use gsm then maybe a software update can solve it
like with mms
or a firmware upgrade like with a new radio stack
hhhmm ok i may be a jerk but i'm a jedi jerk like my father was before me
BTW "I can't use a skeleton arm with that"

Hi

EDGE is not an software update but depends also on the Baseband modulator and the RF, it only uses the GSM bands, but does use 8PSK modulation instead of GMSK modulation.
