I've managed to get MMS to work using an XDA on Globe Telecom Philippines

Create a new Internet connection, and call it say MMS. Add a Cellular Line (GPRS) modem and set the Access Point Name to mms.globe.com.ph

Then in EzWap 2.5 settings:

Under General, choose the MMS connection and check Connect automatically.

Under Connection, choose "Gateway" and make the Address 192.40.100.20 Leave both "Connectionless gateway" and "WTLS secured connection" unchecked, port should be 9201.

Under Push, make sure "Enable push" is checked. Leave the address box blank. Check "Connectionless push gateway", leave "WTLS secure connection" unchecked.

Under MMS make the message server http://192.40.100.22:10021/mmsc and set the sender address type to Phone Number. Enter your phone number in international format.
