Default they have been testing similar things in my country ...
to my best knowledge, over GPRS .... the introduction date has not been officially stated

I'd not provide any links as the information has been provided in my mother tongue i.e. Polish

anyway, i stream quite a bit over my Sprint plan. it is very useful at times, especially when i Sync bluetooth to my car and watch movies over netflix.
