Hello, please can you help me! I only had my PDA repaired a couple of days ago, i needed to unlock it and i used your intructions but it did not work.

After following your instructions and opening the program and typing "yes" the program came up with the message:

"ERROR: OpenComport \\.\WCEUSBSH001 - the system cannot find the file specified"

The PDA is showing "serial v1.06" and "usb v1.06 when in cradle, it wont do anything like before i had to get it "reflashed" by the company.

What can i do??
