When in Boot mode, windows does not detect the device - HELP.

It runs on the PC, and you have to follow the instructions and tell ActiveSync to release the USB port while using it...

No, you need XDAunlock.exe, another piece of XDA-developer software.

Hello

I am new here, so don't know any technical terms...

When I made a hard reset, then finally the display was not described as below.

"In the bootloader mode, the display will be gray and say Serial at the top."

The display finally stopped and showed a message in the middle of screen, "Tap the screen to set up your Procket PC.", and there was a logo of Microsoft Windowns Procket PC.

Please Kindly tell me what I did wrong....

I eventually got through to a great guy Tony Gilfoyle who knows a lot and is very helpfull. He is worth talking to if you have any problems. He also unblocked a phone for me in one day.
