Ipaq WM2003 problems.

Has anybody had problems with WM2003 upgrade on Ipaq 3870.
1: If bluetooth is switched on already and soft reset takes place, it reboots with "cant initialise bluetooth error", it will then take 2 or 3 attempts on clicking on bluetooth on before it will switch on, if you do the same on wm2002 it is switched on when reboot takes place with no problem.
2: Under settings/assets it shows screen as not colour, also it shoes bluetooth present but gives no type or revision number, this problem remains even after downgrade.
3: When trying to downgrade to WM2002 the program responds by saying the flash file isnt suitable, it cannot identify it as 3800 series as that part is left blank.

Any ideas appreciated.
