Default How can I get the simplify chinese version rom of XDA II

if any body have the dopoda 696, pls. copy the rom out, help me please...

now,just buy the O2 XDA II.

Maybe I can help u how to do it. Maybe the original Dopod 696 rom can not flash into ur O2 directly, I can help u modify this rom to fit ur O2 XDA, pls contact me if u want. my MSN: mac_tseng@hotmail.com

just now, I flash the dopod 696 rom directly into my XDA II, but occur errors at the 99%....
my god.

I need help.

and there is little strange...please look at my DeviceData.txt file.
there are no devicetype, operator and language strings in the DeviceData.txt file

My device is UK O2 XDA II

Hi Oneall,

Since u hv already flash the Dopod ROM into ur XDAII-- even if some error occured. How about ur O2? Could it start-up normally?

And, could u pls tell me how u flash it? By using the flash-tool or the Bootloader?

when I failed to flash dopod 696 to my UK O2 XDA II. I can not start my xda ii...SO I go back, get the t-mobile 1.6 Rom and flash it to my crashed XDA II...and OK, it works.....but all the settings are the T-Mobile.....(GPRS, wallpaper, etc)

I use the HimaUpgradeUt.exe, HimaClearJumpCode.exe and HimaGetDeviceData.exe to flash my rom....It's very easy to flash a rom...
you can get the update files below:
you put them into one folder and copy your nk.nbf into the same folder.
