Default Use GPRS when cradled

When I cradle my XDA, and then launch IE, it tries to use the PC's Internet connection instead of the XDA's internal GPRS. Is there a way to force it to use the XDA's GPRS to access the Internet instead of the ethernet connection on the PC when cradled?

I am not sure but I have the opposite problem. My XDAII always connects to GPRS rather than via my PC when cradled. Maybe we should compare settings. How is yours configured?

The answer is to change the settings in your PC ActiveSync. Go to Options, Rules and at the bottom is a section called "Pass Through". If you select "Internet" when your XDAII is cradled or synchronised via USB/IrDA/Bluetooth, Pocket IE will connect via your PC's internet connection. If you change the setting say to "Work" then Pocket IE will use the GPRS connection instead.

Hope this helps.
