DISASSEMBLING MY XDA II - HELP!!!

I am trying to disassembly my XDA II because I want to take away all covers and make a nice paint finish on it.
I would like to know if someone tried to disassembly the XDAII and how did you made it since I am having some trouble and I am afraid to broke it.

Jos,
It does not show how to get rid of the black cover (the one with the camera hole).
I tried to use some force but at one point I got a little worried on destroing it.

I would like to ask you, if you have the option to buy a very nice finished cover would you?

Its nice to be different but I dont think I will be risking a bunch of money for a paintjob, I like the xda2 dor its capabilities not its color.
