@jonytestXD don't use the latest version, try the one before it. If you get a kernel panic with that too I don't know how to fix it for now..
@karthickkatta maybe the next weekend I will repack the boot image for offline charging.

Solved bug offline charge in my kernel.
Problem is caused by mkbootfs and mkbootimg too old so final repack is obsolete.
Download last kitchen, take tool sources and recomplie them from scratch so you ll have updated mkbootfs and mkbootimg.
Repack ramdisk and boot img.
For me it works so good on my kernel offline charge.
You must unlock the bootloader before flashing custom kernels / recoveries.

/dev/block/mmcblk0p7 is the "nv" partition, the only thing I know about it is that it has your IMEI inside.+1 This is great! Thanks a lot! Most of the kernel developers in O2X forums, give uninstall/rollback version of original kernel, in case someone makes huge mess. Just informing
Sorry may be off-topic. I am not sure, but I have seen somewhere in xda forum that radio partition is in "/dev/block/mmcblk0p7". So with your command can we flash FLS file in this partition? Will that work for flashing only baseband image baseband?
